Welcome to my 'life' blog. The Rural Arcadian.

It is my hope to be able to share images and related posts that reflect my surroundings, my experiences, my hopes, dreams and general interests. I live and work in a very rural setting.

I enjoy outdoor and nature-related activities in my free time as well great music, great real/slow food, cooking with friends, good wine, the ocean, the mountains, the forests fields and dogs. I camp. I hike. I sea kayak. I sail. I walk. I cook. I eat and drink.
